i appreciated the quick reception service upon arrival. i was assigned a room on level 4 and the bellman quickly arranged for a bed change. the breakfast buffet was delicious and had many options for all diets and ages. the hotel's location is a short walk from the town center too
the hotel is not a fault, tui also contributed. we rearranged our holiday last year like for like, half board and a room with a balcony. but that was not the case, there had been a mix up somewhere in communication between the hotel and tui

i booked this hotel to celebrate a special occasion, and the staff kindly gave us a room upgrade. they made thoughtful arrangements to help my family celebrate! the three-night stay went perfectly as i experienced no inconvenience. i would stay at this hotel again when visiting this area.
the service and amenities did not quite meet the five-star expectations! there were no water dispensers anywhere including by the pool. room service did not replenish basics such as shower caps.
